This is a page dedicated to clarification on MoonSkunkie's rights as the creator of the voicebank and your rights as a user of the voicebank.
For full clarity, the "voicebank" is the singing database, and the "character" is the avatar and any personality traits given to them. Anytime that Aitori Jayus or SYLVER are referred to without clarification, it is applicable to both of these.
If you do not wish to follow these terms, you are not permitted to use any of Aitori Jayus's or SYLVER's voicebanks.
Distribution
I, MoonSkunkie, reserve the right to remove any particular voicebank from distribution. If this happens, you are allowed to redistribute this voicebank, but you are still bound by these terms.
If a voicebank is up for distribution on this page, you are not permitted to redistribute the voicebank in part or whole. If you want to redirect somebody to download, please send them to this site, and do not create a new download link.
However, an exception to this rule is that if you edit the oto.ini file that Aitori Jayus comes with on download, you are permitted to redistribute only that edited file and not the entire voicebank as long as you explicitly state any changes that have been made.
All of Aitori Jayus's and SYLVER's voicebanks are free. Selling any of Aitori Jayus's or SYLVER's voicebanks is forbidden.
Credit
Whenever publishing any work that features Aitori Jayus or SYLVER, like a cover, you are required to properly credit the voicebank by the name (Aitori Jayus would be,"Aitori Jayus", "Jayus Aitori", or "愛鳥ジェイアス", SYLVER is "SYLVER" or "シルバー") and the author of the voicebank "MoonSkunkie" or "Skunkie-P". A short sentence such as "This cover uses Aitori Jayus, an UTAU by MoonSkunkie" will suffice. If the official artwork of Aitori Jayus or SYLVER is used, please also credit MoonSkunkie as the artist.
Do not refer to the voicebank by any other name, and do not claim it is by any other author.
Allowed and Disallowed Usage
Including Aitori Jayus or SYLVER in ships or couples with other characters or UTAU is allowed, so long as you do not break the terms of any other UTAU in doing so.
You are only allowed to make NSFW/R-18 works if it is made with the intent of entertainment or commentary rather than as arousal or provocative/shock content.
As for works with commonly taboo or controversial subjects such as hate speech, religion, or politics, you are allowed to do whatever you want. But, if you are faced with any kind of consequence for publishing these works, it is not my fault and you may not blame it on me.
Commercial Usage
Commercial release of original songs featuring Aitori Jayus or SYLVER is allowed without permission, as long as the rest of these terms are followed. Using the character design in music videos or album covers or anything similar is allowed, HOWEVER it must be original artwork and not the official artwork drawn by MoonSkunkie. If it is a cover song you wish to monetize, you will need to contact the rightsholders of the song.
However, use of Aitori Jayus or SYLVER in any way related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any blockchain of any kind, be it as part of a product (such as an original song being sold as an NFT), or to promote NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any blockchain of any kind is forbidden.
